We ship all over Pakistan. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place an order, you'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp or a call from our team with your order details so you know we've got it and everything's in motion.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 12 hours of confirmation. Once it's packed and handed to our courier, you'll get a heads-up so you know it's on its way.

Delivery time

• Major cities: usually 2–4 business days
• Other areas across Pakistan: usually 4–6 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, courier delays, or public holidays can occasionally push things back a day or two.

Shipping charges

• Orders above Rs. 1,999: free shipping
• Orders under Rs. 1,999: flat Rs. 199 shipping fee

Cash on Delivery

We support Cash on Delivery on all orders. You'll also get a confirmation message on WhatsApp before your order ships, just so we can make sure everything's correct before it's on its way to you.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details so you can follow it right to your doorstep. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours of placing your order, feel free to check in with us on WhatsApp.

Delivery issues

If your order is taking longer than expected, or something looks off with the tracking, message us on WhatsApp, and we'll look into it for you.
